We Cafe Phuket - literally farm to table concept cafe. A must visit for greens lovers! | Food Review

During my family last visit to Phuket Big Buddha attraction site, we managed to find a nice stop over during the car ride journey from Phuket Old Town.
Located along Chaofa West Road, We Cafe offers a wide range of healthy food including vegan and vegetarian choices.

We Café is not just any regular cafe, they have their mini organic grocers apart from the main indoor restaurant and outdoor section

This cafe is also adjacent to a hydroponic farm that’s been operating for over 15 years, and supplies many local businesses with fresh fruits and veggies. One can almost guessed that the vegetables and fruits served with the meals are right from the farm i.e. freshness of ingredients guaranteed.

You will be spoilt of the green choices – Pick and choose your own salad ingredients starting with the type of lettuce and adding different toppings, like grilled salmon, chicken teriyaki, tofu, or avocado.

While salads are the café’s specialty, they have a host of other tasty offerings – sandwiches, wraps, burgers, fruit bowls, smoothies, coffees, and tea.

While savouring the fresh delicacies, there are both indoor and outdoor seatings with views of the greenhouse. Definitely a food stop pit for all travellers.
