Xiaomi’s very first ever brick and mortar shop (Mi Home) outside the Greater China region is finally inaugurated in Singapore. This is after years of online presence in Singapore making their first headway with their popular power banks back then.
Xiaomi is primarily known for selling its products through online channels even in their key markets – China & India. The company already has more than 30 Mi Home stores in China. Mi Home store is not only used as a regular retail store but it is also a place to showcase all the new and interesting products which may not have launched in Singapore.
Even with small retail footprint in China, Mi Home stores have been very popular in China and it is known than Xiaomi is able to rake in millions of dollars in sales every month through their Mi Home chain.
For now, available items for sale in Singapore Mi Home include the Mi Max, Mi 5, Redmi 3S, Redmi Note 3, Mi Band 2, Luggages, Laptop bags and other accessories such as portable speakers and power banks.
A group of hard core Mi Fans also had the fine opportunity to grace the launch of the Mi Home Singapore on 7th Oct 2016.
